About Dogs - Why We Love Dog Videos

There are so many dog videos out there, why are they so popular? Is it because you are watching an uninhibited truth? Like kids, when you watch a dog video you’re watching honesty, truth and sincerity.

Most precocious pooches have no concept that a video is being made, that they are video stars. They have no worry of stage fright or forgetting their lines. Dogs don’t know what the heck a camera is and they definitely   don’t know what You Tube is.  Yes, the pure honesty of the dog video is why we love these mini movies so much and it’s why we will always love them.  You would think that we have seen everything a dog could do in a video but we haven’t and there will never be a limit because each dog that is in a video is adding their own personality to the video. Sure the task might be the same, jumping in the water, juggling, looking cute, wrestling with a cat or whatever it may be.  However the vast array of different breeds and cross breeds mixed with the individual personality of the dog will always be the back bone to an endless array of cute and hilarious dog videos out there on the web.

Dog videos will never get old and will always be a way for people to get a laugh, trigger a smile, cry a little, and basically just feel some much needed emotion. A way to let you know you’re alive.
